Laser Machines:

We will ship to the United States and its territories and Canada, exclusions apply.

The shipping charge for freight is estimated according to the distance to the customer delivery location.

The delivery would include unloading, installation, setup, alignment, and on-site training for the laser machine.

The expected duration for install and training would be about 8 hours. The estimated time for this service depends on your business area, unloading abilities, and a prepared entry and setup area.

Parts & Supplies:

After products are purchased from our website, we pull the items from inventory and ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We conduct business on weekdays and normally ship within 24 hours after an order is placed. All packages are shipped with tracking. 

Handling time is typically 24 to 48 hours. We try to fill orders as quickly as possible. We are sometimes able to rush orders out within a few hours, but we also run into time delays due to needed modifications to a product before shipping.

The cut off time for shipping is 3:00 PM EST including United State Postal Service (USPS), Priority mail, Express mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

The cutoff time for UPS or FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day is 4:00 PM EST. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any mail carrier or shipping company.

UPS or FedEx shipment is available from Monday to Friday. No services are available on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.

Shipping Charges - The charges are calculated/estimated by the merchant services system with consideration of the product and destination.

Items are normally shipped from our Middletown, OH warehouse, but could be drop-shipped from our vendor/supplier.

We ship items out of the continental USA, but special shipping cost will be applied.

Full Payment is expected before mailing any products from Rabbit Laser USA.

We do NOT guarantee any delivery schedule unless paid for by the customer. Products will be shipped by "best method" to reduce costs to the customer and reduce costs to our company. If an item is needed faster, then the customer can elect to pay the additional shipping charges.
