	Red-Dot Pointer          Red Dot pointer: $175     Description: A Red-Dot Pointer would normally be ordered with the machine and installed at the factory. A pointer can be added to any machine by the customer. The pointer is mounted as an addition to the focal assembly. The pointer is non-collinear to the CO2 beam. Our Red-dot pointer kit comes with: laser pointer diode, mounting clamps, screws, adjustable brightness controller, extra wire. Powered by 5 to 30VDC. The 100 ohm resistor is a minimal resistance to assure the amperage is limited into the laser module. The 500 ohm potentiometer is used to adjust the brightness from the red-dot module. The typical laser wattage is 60 watts or lower and using a glass CO2 laser tube. If the laser machine is expected to undergo extended usage, then a freon-based chiller should strongly be considered.
