We will ship to the continental United States. The shipping charge for freight is estimated according to the distance to the customer delivery location. There are sometimes when the delivery costs are included in a special sale event (ebay). The customer can sometimes choose to have the laser machine delivered by a technician. For customers that are located within 900 miles, your purchased laser can be delivered by a technician or me. The delivery would include unloading, installation, setup, alignment, and training your employee. The expected duration for install and training would be about 6 hours. The estimated time for this service depends on your business area, unloading dock, and a prepared entry and setup area.
If the customer is outside the 900 miles, then we can still deliver, setup, and train your employee. We will charge $1 per additional mile for this service. Please ask for a written quote to state the exact cost of delivery to your business. Some "deals" are made.
There are NO shipping charges for a (simple) local pickup.
Shipping Smaller Items
Handling timeis typically 1 day(24hrs). We try to fill orders as quickly as possible. We are sometimes able to rush orders out within a few hours, but we have also ran into time delays due to modifications needing to be made to a product prior to shipping.
The cut off time for regular mail is 2:00PM EST including United State Postal Service (USPS), Priority mail, Express mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground.
The cut off time for UPS or Fedex Next Day or 2nd Day is 12:00PM EST. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any mail carrier or shipping company.
UPS or Fedex shipment is available from Monday to Friday. No services are available on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
Shipping Charges - The charges are calculated/estimated by the merchant services system with consideration of the product and destination.
Items are normally shipped from our Middletown, OH warehouse, but could be drop-shipped from our vendor/supplier.
We choose to NOT ship items out of the continental USA.
Full Payment is expected prior to mailing any products from Rabbit Laser USA.

We do NOT guarantee any delivery schedule unless paid for by the customer. Products will be shipped by "best method" to reduce costs to the customer and reduce costs to our company. If an item is needed faster, then the customer can elect to pay the additional shipping charges..
All prices are posted on our web site. Special prices may be negotiated with the sales staff directly and enacted by using a custom invoice.
Special prices are made available as bundled merchandise at a lower total cost.
Upgrade products may be offered at discount prices when purchased with a new laser system.
Specific products may have manufacturer restrictions of the prices and sale prices.
All sales are final. No price changes will be made after the sales is completed.
Deliveries are usually done in a truck, van, or truck with trailer. If the travel to your business requires taking toll roads/bridges/tunnels, then please understand that these charges need to be paid for. If we expect toll roads during travel, then that cost can be either estimated and included in the delivery bill or a seperate fee can be charged to your credit card. Example: Going from Cincinnati to Brooklyn, NY and back in a truck with trailer costs nearly $120 for all toll roads, tunnels, and bridges. I was shocked at the high costs and so I needed to add this issue to our costs and future quotes... That was the only bad part of the entire delivery.
For Laser systems that are delivered by a technician, additional time for detailed training will be extra and will be based on a rate of $35 per hour.
For training at Rabbit Laser USA respective to a local pickup, training should be available.
Optional Items and Replacement Parts
Spare parts and Optional items that are not ordered with the original purchase can still be purchased by mail or for technician delivery. Please refer to our web store for your needs.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns, unless otherwise noted. Currently we are unable to accept returns at the office or warehouse locations. Merchandise must be returned by mail and received within 10 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization #, at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Rabbit Laser USA reserves the right to refuse shipments from any person/company. Shipments may be "returned to sender" if the packaging does not have a valid RA# to the customer.
To return a product, please follow the procedure outlined below:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 10 days of the original ship date by email: returns@RabbitLaserUSA.com
Please provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization Number: Original order number (located on order confirmation email or login to your account to find it), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground, USPS delivery confirmation mail.
We're not responsible for lost package or any damage happend to the return package. For your protection, purchase insurance for your package at a value above the NEW value of the product.
Please use the merchandise-return label, located on the back of your packing slip or address the package to:
Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization Number MAY BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
In order to receive the fastest replacement while returning merchandise, you may choose to place a new order. Our sales team must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping that product. We will ship your replacement in a timely manner. A charge for the second product will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our staff. Our company has people on-line most all of the time. Current customers can get tech support through email, phone calls, MSN messenger, and on-line computer connection.
Emails - Technicians can responded to the questions within minutes or overnight ... as reasonable. This can be the most detailed situation. It gives the technician plenty of time to research the problem and present a full solution. firstname.lastname@example.org ... email@example.com
Phone Calls - Normally for people that feel so stuck they got to have full attention NOW .. This is great no matter if the tech is in the office or not... Has a computer available or not. It is generally a question that can be solved within a minute. 1-513-217-5707
Text Messaging - This is quite an alternative to emails. It also works great for when employees are out of office.
MSNMessenger / Skype - Our employees have instant text messaging and are often on computers throughout the day. Please email us to get the skype and MSNMessenger contact information.
On-Line computer connection - Sometimes the situation just calls for the ability for a technician to take over the customer's computer.
This works great when the technician needs to quickly install software, driver, configuration, diagnostics ...etc.
We know that it could be very convenient for the technician to just say, "Let me show you this...".
