As of April 2012, Rabbit Laser USA is an LLC (limited liability company). The company started off as an extreme hobby, soon grew into a full blow occupation, then needed more employees... For a while, the business was a sore proprietorship. All our taxes are done by a professional CPA. Our importing functions are handled by brokers. Continental shipments are handled by a seperate carrier broker service. Other functions are also shopped out to services. This is so that we can focus on just doing the LASER part of our business.
