I didn't buy my laser machine from Rabbit Laser USA. Can you get parts to fix my laser machine?

The best way to answer is to identify if the laser uses LaserCut software. If yes, then we can definitely get repair parts. We can offer software, circuit boards, lenses, mirrors, glass laser tubes, power supplies, and other mechanical parts.

We work with many factories in China. We can help with most any repairs if we know what the damaged part is.

If the laser is a USA model, then you will need to go to the manufacturer.
