Quick Answer:
The technician generally brings everything you will need. Plan for the exhaust, computer desk, electrical requirements, simple tools, sample engrave materials, and lunch.
Complete Answer:
The technician generally brings everything you will need. Plan for the exhaust, computer desk, electrical requirements, simple tools, sample engraveable materials, and lunch.
Plan for how the exhaust ducting will exit the room and house. Make sure there is a desk for the computer. Have the right electrical wiring ready. It would be good to have sample materials of what you want to engrave/cut. Have some designs or ideas of the products. Plan for lunch.. Have a backup plan for a trip to Lowes or local hardware store.
The technician is normally Ray. He usually brings everything that is needed. If Ray needs to fly to your location, then he will be limited to what is allowed on the airplane. You should have a bottle of denatured alcohol, scissors, knife, paper towels, and your normal tools. There is a complete listing of tools and supplies on our web site. Not all of the tools are required, but can make the setup go easier...and are generally handy to have when needed.
