What is the cooling system?
Quick Answer:
There are two methods. One method is a water pump in a container of de-ionized water as coolant. The second method is a freon based chiller with a self contained pump and tank for the de-ionized water as coolant. Both methods transfer heat into the room in order to cool the coolant down to a desired level.

If the customer chooses to use the water pump and bucket method, then the cooling ability may be too low. The pump may not be able to transfer enough heat with a small bucket. the solution is to switch to the chiller method. Another solution could be to simply use a much larger container of water. This has humorously been called the Bigger-Bucket-Method. A fifty gallon drum would work great.
